The COMAH Competent authority has completed an initial visit to CPL Aromas and identified shortfalls against good practice, that need to be resolved to ensure the site is compliant with the ‘Control of Major Accident Regulations 2015’ Regulation 5. Initial communication has been provided to CPL Aromas and the COMAH Competent authority is in the process of formally communicating its findings and expectations.
