Type Description
Condition The works to which this consent relates shall be begun within 3 years from the date of this consent.
Reason To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Condition All works shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the Design & Access Statement and Specification of Works submitted with the application and made valid on 23rd December 2021.
Reason To ensure development is in accordance with the approved details, and to enable the LPA to consider the impact of any changes to the approved plans.
Condition Prior to works commencing on site, a method statement for the removal of the existing mortar shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. All works shall be carried out in strict accordance with the agreed details.
Reason To ensure that the works are carried out correctly, and do not cause harm to the historic stonework of the listed building.
Condition A sample panel of the replacement repointing shall be carried out to the west end gable wall for the Local Planning Authorities inspection and approval prior to the full re-pointing of the elevation taking place. All works shall be carried out in strict accordance with the agreed details.
Reason To ensure that the materials and finishes are authentic and visually and functionally compatible with the character and appearance of the listed building.
Informative As required by Article 35 of the Town and Country (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (as Amended) the following statement applies: In dealing with this planning application the Local Planning Authority have worked with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner with a view to seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to the consideration of this planning application.
