Type Description
Condition The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of 3 years from the date of this permission.
Reason To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).
Condition The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the amended plans reference Block Plan A21-141-103 Rev A; Proposed Training Barn A21-141-101 Rev A deposited with the Local Planning Authority on the 19 January 2022.
Reason To ensure that the development is carried out in accordance with the agreed amendments.
Condition The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the works hereby permitted shall be as specified in the application.
Reason In the interests of visual amenity and to ensure that the materials are appropriate to the appearance of the locality.
Condition The premises shall only be used for dog training between the hours of 9.00am and 9.00pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and 9.00am and 1.00pm on Saturdays. There shall be no working on Sundays and public holidays. In addition, there will be a maximum of 8 dogs on site at any time.
Reason In the interests of safeguarding residential amenity and reducing pollution in accordance with policy BN9 of the West Northamptonshire Joint Core Strategy.
Condition There shall be no external illumination on the site at any time other than in accordance with a detailed scheme which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall include an assessment of the impact of the lighting and the measures necessary to reduce the impact. Any floodlighting shall be operated in accordance with the approved details at all times.
Reason In the interests of safeguarding residential amenity and reducing pollution in accordance with policy BN9 of the West Northamptonshire Joint Core Strategy.
Informative The permission obtained under this decision notice relates to the barn only for dog training purposes, as outlined in red on amended plan referenced Block Plan A21-141-103 Rev A received 19 January 2022, and not any outside areas.
Informative As required by Article 35 of the Town and Country (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (as Amended) the following statement applies: In dealing with this planning application the Local Planning Authority have worked with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner with a view to seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to the consideration of this planning application.
