Type Description
Condition The development hereby permitted shall be completed before the expiration of 3 years from the date of this approval. The LPA must be notified in writing of the date of completion of the development providing details of: • the name of the developer • the address or location of the development • and date of completion
Reason To ensure that the LPA is notified that the development is completed in accordance with the time limits set by Q2 (3) of Class Q Part 3 and Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015.
Condition The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with drawing numbers P091-STP-Z1-01-DR-A-1001 & P091-STP-Z1-02-DR-A-1002 received by the LPA on17th June 2019.
Reason To ensure that the development complies with the provisions of Class Q of Part 3 Schedule 2 of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015.
Condition Prior to the occupation of the development hereby approved, a scheme to demonstrate that the internal noise levels within the residential units will conform to the guideline values for indoor ambient noise levels identified by BS 8233 2014 - Guidance on Sound Insulation and Noise Reduction for Buildings, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Appropriate parameters that must be considered in this assessment include LAeq and LAMax levels. The work specified in the approved scheme shall then be carried out in accordance with the approved details and be retained thereafter.
Reason To ensure future residents are not exposed to adverse impacts from noise.
Condition No demolition or construction work (including deliveries to or from the site) that causes noise to be audible outside the site boundary shall take place on the site outside the hours of 0800 and 1800 Mondays to Fridays and 0830 and 1300 on Saturdays, and at no times on Sundays or Bank Holidays unless otherwise agreed with the local planning authority.
Reason To ensure the protection of the local amenity throughout construction works.
Condition If during development, contamination not previously considered is identified, then the LPA shall be notified immediately and no further work shall be carried out until a method statement detailing a scheme for dealing with the suspect contamination has been submitted to and agreed in writing with the LPA.
Reason To ensure all contamination within the site is dealt with.
