Reason To comply with the requirements of Paragraph A.4 (14) and (15) of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Order.
Informative The proposed single storey rear extension would constitute development permitted by virtue of Class A (g), Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, and would therefore not require the benefit of planning permission.
