All works shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the approved details.

No new or replacement doors, windows or rooflights, or their heads, cills or lintels, shall be constructed until full details, including drawings and sections (scale of 1:20 – 1:2 as necessary) have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. All works shall then be carried out strictly in accordance with the approved details.
