|| The proposed alterations to create a gabled ended property, including the insertion of a flat roof dormer window to principal elevation would result in an unbalanced pair of semi-detached bungalows, which are located within a prominent position in the street scene. As a result the proposal would be an incongruous feature, that is harmful to the character and appearance of the locality contrary to Settlement and Countryside Local Plan (Part 2) policies RA1 (Ciii) and ENV10 (Ai, Aiii, B) and having regard to paragraph 127 of the Framework.
