Type Description
Condition The works to which this consent relates shall be begun within 3 years from the date of this consent.
Reason To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Condition All works shall be carried out in strict accordance with the following: • The Design / Impact and Justification Statement, annotated photographs and floor plans submitted with the application and made valid on 28th April 2020. • The scaled, annotated floor plan & section of the proposed downstairs toilet showing the new bathroom configuration, and details of the ‘Storm slim line units’ submitted as additional information on 23rd June 2020.
Reason To ensure development is in accordance with the submitted drawings and details, and to enable the LPA to consider the impact of any changes to the approved plans.
Condition Prior to being installed on site, a set of scaled joinery drawings and sections (of a scale between 1:2 and 1:20 as appropriate), to show all relevant construction and design details for the new secondary glazing units shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. All works shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the agreed details.
Reason To ensure that the materials and finishes are authentic and visually and functionally compatible with the character and appearance of the listed building.
Informative As required by Article 35 of the Town and Country (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (as Amended) the following statement applies: In dealing with this planning application the Local Planning Authority have worked with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner with a view to seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to the consideration of this planning application.
