Type Description
Condition The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of 3 years from the date of this permission.
Reason To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).
Condition All works shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the details contained in drawings ref. ‘Framed Enclosure (Catio) Design’ and ‘Approximate dimensions’, submitted and made valid with the application on 09 August 2019.
Reason To ensure that development is in accordance with the approved details and to enable the LPA to consider the impact of any changes to the approved plans.
Condition All elements of the enclosure shall be constructed in black metal and mesh with an open weave and no part of the enclosure shall be covered with any alternative materials or finishes during its lifetime.
Reason To ensure that the enclosure is as visually lightweight and transparent as possible in order to avoid any unnecessary visual intrusions that would detract from the character and appearance of the host building.
Condition The enclosure shall be used for exercising domestic cats only. All parts of the enclosure shall be removed and the building fabric made good within six months of the approved use ceasing.
Reason The prompt removal of any redundant modern accretion would restore the south elevation of the host building to its original form and appearance.
Informative As required by Article 35 of the Town and Country (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (as Amended) the following statement applies: In dealing with this planning application the Local Planning Authority have worked with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner with a view to seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to the consideration of this planning application.
