Condition The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of 3 years from the date of this permission.
Reason To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).
Reason To clarify the terms of this planning permission and to ensure that the development is carried out as permitted.
Condition The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the following plans, deposited with the Local Planning Authority and registered valid on 13 July 2019: Drawing number: RS18-3370A-02 titled ‘Elevation Drawing’, Location Plan
Condition The building hereby permitted shall be used in connection with the existing farmstead at Noborough Lodge, and for no other separate purpose and/or other independent use.
Reason To clarify the terms of this planning permission, to ensure that the development is carried out as permitted in the interest of highway safety and local amenity.
Condition The building hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the external materials and colour and finish details specified on drawing number: RS18-3370A-02.
Reason To ensure that the development is carried out as permitted and in the interest of the character and appearance of the rural area and visual amenity.
Informative As required by Article 35 of the Town and Country (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (as Amended) the following statement applies: In dealing with this planning application the Local Planning Authority have worked with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner with a view to seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to the consideration of this planning application.
