Type Description
Condition The works to which this consent relates shall be begun within 3 years from the date of this consent.
Reason To comply with Section 18 of the Planning Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas Act 1990.
Condition All works shall be carried out in strict accordance with Drawing no. B19/596 Issue 1. ‘proposed alterations to entrance hall, Clipston Court Clipston’ submitted with the application and made valid on 4th July 2019.
Reason To ensure development is in accordance with the submitted drawings and details, and to enable the LPA to consider the impact of any changes to the approved plans.
Condition Prior to being installed on site, a set of scaled joinery drawings and sections (between 1:2 and 1:20 as appropriate), to show all relevant construction and design details for the new external doors, windows and fixed lights shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. All works shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the agreed details.
Reason To ensure that the materials and finishes are authentic and visually and functionally compatible with the character and appearance of the listed building.
Condition The new windows and door shall have a matt, hand-painted finish.
