Type Description
Condition The works to which this consent relates shall be begun within 3 years from the date of this consent.
Reason To comply with Section 18 of the Planning Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas Act 1990.
Condition All works shall be carried out in strict accordance with drawing no. 200 project no. 19.1212.A ‘existing annotated front elevation, proposed typical window and door elevation and section and site location plan for 5, School Street, Woodford Halse, NN11 3RL’ submitted with the application and made valid on 24th July 2019.
Reason To ensure development is in accordance with the submitted drawings and details, and to enable the LPA to consider the impact of any changes to the approved plans.
Condition Prior to the windows being removed, full details of how the existing historic glass panes shall be removed from the windows and transported to a suitable place on site for sorting and safe storage (with the aim that as many as possible of the existing historic glass panes shall be re-used) shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority. All works shall be carried out in strict accordance with the agreed details.
Reason To ensure that as much historic fabric is retained as possible, and that new materials and finishes are authentic and visually compatible with the character and appearance of the listed building.
Condition Notwithstanding the details already submitted, prior to being installed on site, a set of scaled joinery drawings and sections (between 1:2 and 1:20 as appropriate), to show all relevant construction and design details for the new external door and windows, which shall be single-glazed, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. All works shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the agreed details.
Reason To ensure that the materials and finishes are authentic and visually and functionally compatible with the character and appearance of the listed building.
Informative As required by Article 35 of the Town and Country (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (as Amended) the following statement applies: In dealing with this planning application the Local Planning Authority have worked with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner with a view to seeking solutions to problems arising in relation to the consideration of this planning application.
