Condition The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of 3 years from the date of this permission.
Reason To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).
Condition The extension and alterations hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the external materials and finishes specified on the approved amended drawing numbers: P221/B and P220/C.
Reason To clarify the terms of this planning permission and to ensure that the development is carried out as permitted in the interest of visual amenity and to ensure the extension would not detract from the character and appearance of the existing property and would be in-keeping with the surrounding rural area.
