Reason On the basis of the evidence submitted and having regard to planning policies and other material considerations it is considered that the condition has not outlived its usefulness, is still being complied with and is causing no hardship and therefore remains legitimate, reasonable and necessary when considered against planning polices for isolated residential development in the Open Countryside as set out in Joint Core Strategy Policy R1, Saved Local Plan Policies GN1 and HS24, and Policies SP1 and RA6 of the emerging Settlements and Countryside Local Plan and is in accordance with paragraphs 54, 55 and 79 of the NPPF.
Informative As required by Article 35 of the Town and Country (Development Management Procedure)(England) Order 2015 (as Amended) the following statement applies: In dealing with this planning application the Local Planning Authority have had discussions with the applicant. However, the reason for refusal relates to the principle having regard to relevant planning policies and other material considerations the resultant conclusion cannot be overcome by negotiation.
