Condition The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of 3 years from the date of this permission.
Reason To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).
Condition The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with drawing 1388-19/01version 3 registered valid 30th May 2019.
Reason To ensure development is in accordance with the submitted drawings and to enable the Local Planning Authority to consider the impact of any changes to the approved plans.
Condition The window hereby permitted shall be obscure glazed and non-opening and shall not be removed without the prior express consent in writing from the Local Planning Authority. (Replacement of the glass with glass of an identical type would not necessitate the Council being notified).
Reason To safeguard the privacy of the neighbouring properties.
Informative In making this decision, the Local Planning Authority has had regard to the requirements of paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
