Condition The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of 3 years from the date of this permission.
Condition The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with drawing Extension Post 1991 - Proposal registered valid 21st May 2019.
Condition The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match to those used in the existing building
Condition The air source heat pump shall be removed as soon as reasonably practicable when no longer needed.
Reason To comply with Section 91 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).
