Type Description
Condition The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of 3 years from the date of this permission.
Reason To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).
Condition The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with drawing nos. 5807/101, 102 and 103 registered valid 4 January 2019.
Reason To ensure development is in accordance with the submitted drawings and to enable the Local Planning Authority to consider the impact of any changes to the approved plans.
Condition The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as ‘The Nest’ or as holiday let accommodation.
Reason The property is located in open countryside and an independent dwelling would be contrary to Saved Local Plan Policies HS24, Joint Core Strategy Policy R1, and draft policy RA1 of the Settlements and Countryside Local Plan Part 2.
Condition The accommodation, when used as a ‘holiday let’, shall not be occupied by any one person for more than one month in any 12 month period
Reason The property is located in open countryside and an independent dwelling would be contrary to Saved Local Plan Policies HS24, Joint Core Strategy Policy R1, and draft policy RA1 of the Settlements and Countryside Local Plan Part 2
Condition The owner shall keep an up to date register to monitor the occupation of the accommodation hereby approved. Any such register shall be available for inspection by the Local Planning Authority at any time when requested and shall contain details of those persons occupying the accommodation, their names, main permanent address and the period of occupation.
