Type Description
Condition The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of 3 years from the date of this permission.
Condition The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with drawings PT.17618.1 and PT.17618.2 registered valid 12 December 2018.
Condition The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the dormer hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing dormers. The materials used in the construction of the carport shall be in accordance with the details shown on the approved plans.
Condition Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (as amended) (or any Order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no windows/dormer windows, other than those expressly authorised by this permission, shall be constructed.
Reason To comply with Section 91 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004
Reason To ensure development is in accordance with the submitted drawings and to enable the Local Planning Authority to consider the impact of any changes to the approved plans
Reason In the interests of visual amenity and to ensure that the materials are appropriate to the appearance of the dwelling
Reason To safeguard the amenities of nearby residents.
Informative In making this decision, the Local Planning Authority has had regard to the requirements of paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
