Type Description
Condition The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of 3 years from the date of this permission.
Reason To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).
Condition The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with drawings H421/P/1and H421/P/2 registered valid on 29 November 2018 and amended plans H421/P/3 A and H421/P/4A deposited with the Local Planning Authority on 7 January 2019.
Reason To ensure that the development is carried out in accordance with agreed amendments.
Condition The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.
Reason In the interests of visual amenity and to ensure that the materials are appropriate to the appearance of the dwelling.
Condition Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) (or any Order revoking and re enacting that Order with or without modification), no windows/dormer windows, other than those expressly authorised by this permission, shall be constructed.
Reason To safeguard the amenities of nearby residents.
Informative In making this decision, the Local Planning Authority has had regard to the requirements of paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
