Type Description
Condition The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of 3 years from the date of this permission.
Reason To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).
Condition The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with original site location plan number SO4 validated by the LPA on 4th December 2018 and the amended plans: SK11 Rev. A ‘proposed ground floor and part site plan option 4’, drawing no. SK12 ‘proposed first floor plan option 04’ and drawing no. SK13 ‘proposed elevations option 04’ received by the LPA on 13th February 2019
Condition Prior to construction of above slab level, full details (to include manufacturer’s specifications and mixes where applicable), including representative samples, of all new and replacement materials and finishes to be used in the construction of the extension shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. All works shall then be carried out strictly in accordance with approved details.
Condition Prior to being installed on site, a set of scaled joinery drawings and sections (between 1:2 and 1:20 as appropriate), to show all relevant construction and design details for the new external windows and doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. All works shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the agreed details.
Reason To ensure development is in accordance with the submitted drawings and details, and to enable the LPA to consider the impact of any changes to the approved plans.
