|| Due to the scale, massing, height and location of the proposed development to the front of the dwellings principle elevation, the proposal is considered contrary to Saved Policies GN2 and EN42 of the Daventry District Local Plan (1997), Policy ENV10 of the emerging Local Plan (Settlements and Countryside Part 2 for Daventry District) and paragraph BG.11 of the Brixworth Village Design Statement.
