Type Description
Condition The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of 3 years from the date of this permission.
Reason To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).
Condition The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with drawing nos. 2809-01A, 2809-02B, 2809-03A and 2809-04C registered valid 4 February 2019.
Reason To ensure development is in accordance with the submitted drawings and to enable the Local Planning Authority to consider the impact of any changes to the approved plans.
Condition The external elevations of the modular building hereby approved shall be painted in a light blue colour, RAL 5012 as detailed in plan number 2809-04C validated by the Local Planning Authority on 4th February 2019.
Reason For the visual amenity of the locality.
Condition The development hereby approved shall only be used to provide a pet scanning service to and associated as ancillary use with the main Veterinary Practice known as Abington Park Veterinary Centre and shall not be used for any other purposes.
Reason To protect the amenity of the area.
Condition The development hereby approved shall be removed within a period of three months of the main Veterinary Practice known as Abington Park Veterinary Centre ceasing trade from their adjacent main building.
Reason To protect the amenity of the area.
Informative In making this decision, the Local Planning Authority has had regard to the requirements of paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
