Type Description
Condition The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of 3 years from the date of this permission.
Reason To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).
Condition The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the amended plans reference RLPL01 version 3 deposited with the Local Planning Authority on the 10th December 2018.
Condition The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.
Condition The obscure glass and top-hung opening section shown on the submitted and approved plans shall be installed before the extension is first brought into use and shall not be removed without the prior express consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority. (Replacement of glazing with an identical type would not necessitate the Council being notified.)
Reason To ensure development is in accordance with the submitted drawings and to enable the Local Planning Authority to consider the impact of any changes to the approved plans.
Reason In the interests of visual amenity and to ensure that the materials are appropriate to the appearance of the dwelling
Reason This condition is imposed because the Local Planning Authority consider that if plain glass and side-hung opening sections were to be used in this location, the amenities of the dwellings at 1 and 2 Countryside would be adversely affected due to overlooking.
Informative In making this decision, the Local Planning Authority has had regard to the requirements of paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
