Type Description
Condition The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the amended plans reference GRO/272/PA/002 Rev B received by the LPA on 10th October 2018) , GRO/272/PA/100 Rev B (received by the LPA on 14th November 2018) and GRO/272/PA/200 Rev B (received by the LPA on 26th September 2018).
Condition The garage, parking space and turning areas shown on the approved plan(s) shall be constructed/laid out and surfaced in accordance with details approved by the Local Planning Authority before the dwelling is occupied and shall not thereafter be used for any purpose other than garaging/parking of private motor vehicles.
Condition Samples of the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the dwellings hereby permitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Condition The planting details as shown on drawing no. GRO/272/PA/002 Revision B shall be carried out prior to the development, or any phase of the development, being first occupied/used, or in accordance with a programme approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. If within a period of five years from the date of the planting of any tree or shrub, they or any tree or shrub planted in replacement for them, are removed, uprooted or destroyed or die (or becomes in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, seriously damaged or defective) another tree or shrub of the same species and size as that originally planted shall be planted at the same place, unless the Local Planning Authority gives its written consent to any variation.
Condition No equipment, machinery or materials shall be brought onto the site for the purposes of the development until the tree protection fencing as shown on drawing GRO/272/PA/002 Rev B are in place and shall remain in place until all equipment, machinery and surplus materials have been removed from the site. Nothing shall be stored, disposed of, or placed, nor fires lit, in any area fenced in accordance with this condition and the ground levels within these areas shall not be driven across by vehicles, altered, nor any excavation made (including addition/removal of topsoil/subsoil) without the written consent of the Local Planning Authority.
Condition All boundary treatment shall be constructed in accordance with drawing GRO/272/PA/001 rev A as previously agreed by the LPA under DA/2015/0072. No other boundary treatment shall be installed on site unless it has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority.
Condition The exact proposed location of all underground utilities and services to be installed on site shall be in accordance with drawing RO/272/PA/001 rev A as previously agreed by the LPA under DA/2015/0072. No other utilities shall be installed unless they have previously been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Condition Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 no development shall be carried out which falls within Classes A,B,C,D,E,F of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Order without the prior express consent of the Local Planning Authority.
Condition Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Order revoking and re enacting that Order) (with or without modification), no windows/dormer windows, other than those expressly authorised by this permission, shall be constructed.
Condition The approved location of the building(s) on the site and the finished floor level(s) shall be checked on site and certified as correct in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to further works being undertaken.
