Condition The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of 3 years from the date of this permission.
Reason To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004).
Condition The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with drawing no. FREB 844690 02a registered valid 13 June 2018
Reason To ensure development is in accordance with the submitted drawings and to enable the Local Planning Authority to consider the impact of any changes to the approved plans.
Condition The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.
Reason In the interests of visual amenity and to ensure that the materials are appropriate to the appearance of the dwelling.
Condition Prior to the commencement of works on the hereby approved car park extension, full details of the signage stated within the Management Plan are to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and implemented as approved. The details must include locations of the proposed signage, dimensions and design.
Reason In the interests of the visual amenity and safety of the area.
Condition The Management Plan which has been approved by Church with Chapel Brampton Parish Council and Northamptonshire County Council Police which was submitted to the Local Planning Authority on 19th September 2018 shall be brought into use prior to the proposed works and will continue to remain in place unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason In the interests of the visual amenity and safety of the area.
Informative In making this decision, the Local Planning Authority has had regard to the requirements of paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
